Doug Cox is Vice President, Development and Support, Lotus Software and WebSphere Portal, responsible for the strategy and development of IBM's Collaboration portfolio including the worldwide technical support team dedicated to software client satisfaction. John is a Chicago-based consultant and rainmaker.
